Our beautiful team is diversely skilled and yet characterized by very similar attitudes such as our natural curiosity, critical mind and deep love for solving exactly those problems others may deem impossible. That is the type of culture we envision and are building for ourselves and our future colleagues. All driven by a dream to help our students develop themselves in the best way they can, so they are prepared to meet the ever-changing demands of the future.

When we said students play a key role in our process, we weren’t joking. ErasmusX Students is our student community and a full extension of ErasmusX. The team in charge of our student community entirely consists of EUR students. It is their goal to represent student interests, as well as to identify student problems while working alongside ErasmusX to try and solve them. By building a community of EUR students, the ErasmusX Students team will be able to understand what is going on in the minds of students and help translate these ideas and feelings to the rest of the team.

We have also surrounded ourselves by leading experts that have come aboard to help innovate education together with us. Each member adds value to our work through their specific expertise and experience, and by advising us on our processes, helping out in ideation and opening up their networks to us. That’s why they are of such an immense value to ErasmusX.
